The guests are arriving at the farm and is greeted by the hosts. Than they are served local specialities, including a self imported sparkling red wine and juice from the farm.

Walking around between the 7 restored farmhouses of Rekkedal Gjestehus is an experience in itself. The hosts are the 20th generation on the farm. They will tell you about the story of the farm going back to 1300 years. Among the highlights is an art exhibition and a visit to the wine cellar.
The guests will then sit down to enjoy the evening dinner. From the appetizers, via the main course to the dessert, the courses are made from local, short travelled goods of high quality, with inspiration from the world cuisine. The wines are self imported and carefully collected by the hosts through their annual trips to italy and their close collaboration with the wine yard.
